What is Sea Moss?
Is Sea Moss safe for children?
Yes! Sea moss is safe for the entire family. If your child is known to have allergies to any fruits or other foods, please consult with your doctor before use.
How should I store my items?
All Sea Moss gels, and Elderberry Syrup Elixirs should be stored in the refrigerator. Dried Sea Moss bags and Elderberry Kits should be stored in a cool, dry place.
What is the shelf life of the products in my order?
Sea Moss gel can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 weeks after delivery.
Elderberry syrup can be kept in the fridge for 2 months after delivery.
Raw, dried Sea Moss can be kept in a cool/dry place for up to two years.
When will my item(s) ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order (depending on the volume of orders). After your order is processed, shipping confirmation/tracking # will be emailed to you. Items typically arrive to you within 2-3 days via priority shipping. **Please double check your shipping address when placing your order, as we do not provide replacements or refunds for orders with incorrect shipping address.
What should I do if my items arrive to me damaged/busted/broken?
We do our very best to ship items in secure and sufficient packaging. However, packages can sometimes be mishandled by the shipping carriers. In the event this happens to you, please take photos of the inside and outside of the package (to assist with carrier claims) and email them to contact button or hello@circleoflifeorganics.com. After the photos are received, we will respond to you with confirmation & tracking information for your replacement items right away.
